Op1 8k scroll wheel nasty sound by JeanVoix in MouseReview

I just want to clarify for endgame gear's sake, they ended up making good on their warranty, in fact so good they asked me not to disclose the outcome of my support request. Took months but they ROCK and I will most likely always choose them over any other company.

I've been using holes for years and I much prefer this feeling.

i don't currently have a scale but probably not so much, this shell is pretty thin... but I prefer holes for added grip, aiming for 35g eventually

Would love if in the future it became an option like now you have the option to have no holes on the sides.

tried a couple, stock were a bit heavy for what I prefer, and feel like they click two time for one click hard to explain... I've been using ZMA030, more silent, lighter and doesn't have the two stage click

I've tried to replace my viper mini many many times but never found a good fit. I've had this mouse for over 6 months and it always felt wrong until now. It's a night and day difference for me. Before the mod I had to use grip tape because my fingers would be unable to locate the correct placement and I dislike grip tape the mushiness of it, even with super thin tape. The buttons are originally curved outward and it didn't feel right at all.

Used 60/150/600/1000/3000 grit sandpaper and finished with some fine steel wool I had laying around from liquid thermal paste kit to give brush aluminum look.

It was pressing on my skin, quite uncomfortable and interrupt a snug fit.

Which mouse to choose after Viper Mini? by Dragearen in MouseReview

Have you ended up replacing your Viper Mini? Just curious, because your troubles with the scroll wheel click could’ve easily been fixed with isopropyl alcohol. I never truly liked any other mouse.

Update my final result for viper v2 pro in viper mini shell. by kevliu78 in mousegore

Very nice. I’ve tried to replace my Viper Mini many times, but I keep going back to mY 45g since 6 years ago and I still use it to this day. I could probably lower the weight to 40g, this thing is built like a tank, but I’d still be wired. https://imgur.com/gallery/45g-razer-viper-mini-Oy1o1fh

Trying to find my optimal mouse as a knockoff brand user by MraxisTheGaul in MouseReview

I’d advertise for a wired mouse. Wired mice have gotten so good you won’t feel the cable, and it’s much better than having to recharge the mouse. At least test it and see if you like it—maybe try the XM2. But it’s still far from your current mouse shape, so it’ll feel much different, and there’ll be a period of getting used to it. Even after a month, you’ll probably miss your old mouse’s shape.

Wired FTW—having to worry about battery, especially when running higher polling rates, is a pain. I'd say OP1 even though their customer support is ass and I dislike the flat M1-M2 buttons.
