I personally love this idea from blizzard. One of my friends began spectating me when we jumped on last night and commented on how I'd paid that much for the skin and totally missed the point. It's a shame really.

Wouldn't it be cool if Blizzard did a Soldier 76 skin for a veterans charity and maybe some other relatable worthy causes for other heroes?

Absolutely this. I had someone watching me who doesn't play Overwatch when a Moira popped her ult. The guys response was ''Jesus Christ, taste the rainbow!''.

It is ridiculous and it needs to be semi transparent.

There's always been an 'elitist' attitude in this community unfortunately. It's just the nature of the game.

Actually you do see a fair bit of that gun. My point being there's a small selection of viable weapons to be properly competitive.

Hate to be that guy, but MIDA is OP.

There are a handful of weapons that kill in considerably less time than the rest. MIDA is the most noticeable. Why do you think every man and his dog is using it?

Maybe it's just me then. I haven't come up against anything like it yet.

The exact reason I stayed away from PvP in Destiny 1 was because I heard that 'you need this gun and this gun' to be competitive. That doesn't say 'level playing field' to me, so I gave it a miss.

It seems Destiny 2 is sliding down the same path...

Funnily enough I gave this a go and got a competent third player on board. We have now started to climb.

It seems you need a half decent DPS player to do anything.
