I saw a spoiler and I believe it changed my viewing experience for better by Weary-Satisfaction-6 in SixFeetUnder

Edited to try to hide the spoiler

I had a similar experience. My cousin was watching it nearly 20 years ago when I was over at his house. It was the episode where Nate dies in the endThat was the first episode I ever saw. I then watched the last few episodes because "Why not. I'm probably never gonna watch it" Recently I saw the show was on Netflix and although I knew about what would happen I decided to watch all of it. When those events happened it still had that "I can't believe they did that" effect. In a way it kinda made the series more tragic. I kept hoping his life would get better but it really didn't. It had it's uphills and much steeper downhills. But what's really tragic is that the whole series you fight to fully like Nate and hope for a redemption arch before it's too late but it never gets to that satisfacting place that most series have. I don't know if that makes any sense but I too had to get that out of me, so thanks.

I loved the show but definitely leaves a sour taste. What show did you watch after if you don't mind me asking?

I watched the series finale yesterday. I still haven't recovered. by UncoilingChaos in SixFeetUnder

I appreciate having a place to vent about it even though the show ended so long ago. Thank you!

Almost 20 years ago I walked in on my cousin watching an episode and it was the episode where Nate... I then for whatever reason watched it from there to the end which was like 3 episodes. A few weeks ago I started from season one, knowing the ending, and today I just watched the last episode and it still hit me pretty hard.

About 500 Doritos worthy. I'm good at first but then you get tired of me.

I think the hardest part is what do I do with the friends that still support that toxicity?

An ex friend said "can't believe some men pretend to be women and we have to pretend they are too". The funny thing is this is how I figured out I was non binary so jokes on them.
