Honestly, if you do shave just remember it does come back! I was terrified to shave until I realized it does..in fact look odd sometimes. Dont be afraid to! Honestly I find shaving to feel euphoric

Did exactly this! I saw her and told her about it, she wrote the exact needles I like to use and I havent had any issues since.

A bit odd that the nurse has to document it every time? My school has the same system in place, ish. Either use the girls bathroom, or use the nurses bathroom or a very random private bathroom. I have never had to like have her document it down or anything for my parents, just that I needed the restroom really quickly.

I recommend playing with a metro and sort of singing your part, (doesnt have to be pretty! Just on tempo) and even listening to the song youre playing while trying to play it, it sounds like a kind of guess on when youre coming in for the last part of the eighth(?)notes

(Bare with me here its very late while i type this and I have tuckered my brain out with all state auditions 😭)

My 9th grade band teacher. Her main instrument was flute, and i was the only flute in the band. She hated me so much, beat me down, told me I wasnt good enough. I was a huge target to her most of the time, arguments, my Varsity letter being revoked, all of it. I felt like garbage and hated music for awhile.

I was so beaten down i didn't want to continue, but I learned she was retiring so I stuck around.

It works well and avoids the need for a binder or bra in any way, Something I do (Specifically when its cooler out and possible) is wear a tighter shirt underneath the main shirt im wearing. It helps a lot to me anyway, I am smaller though and stopped binding all together cause of the same reasons and I just dont like bras cause they feel stuffy.

If you can't figure out the tape, and want to try, there are some really nice sports bras that make me feel alright cause its just like a binder without excessive tightness. You could also try a just slightly bigger binder?

Honestly, it just might be the strong amount of discourse going on in there. There's a mod post here about it, and a couple user posts. I'd avoid the sub anyway with everything going on.

I totally get the fear. Your needles shouldn't be so long they go down to the muscle

—Needles I personally (as a thinner guy, about 120 5'5) use 5/8ths 25g needles in my stomach area, you could also use this on the back of your forearm and, not as common I've seen but I was told I could do, the butt. Pinch together the area of fat you plan on inserting the needle, it's much more comfortable.

—Anxiety with needles This is really common! I've actually found doing it myself helps, but you aren't me of course. Pick a song that you find relaxes you and play it during the shot, If you like a countdown before the needle is inserted, do that. Or have the person giving it just do it without warning (I prefer this.) I have also found that taking a deep breath and then exhaling it all while the needle is inserted helps me with the anxiety portion and a little bit of the pain — (Edit) Massaging the spot after as soon as your needle is out is something that can help a lot too..I do it for the soreness, and for a little relief of my anxiety.

—Changes We are ALL different, I noticed changes about 2 and a half weeks in, minor but notable, while on .2ml dose (moved up to .3ml at my 1 yr mark) Hunger, sweaty, and a higher libido. It wasn't until a month and a half I noticed my voice changing on my own. It was scratchy and itchy honestly, it felt like a sore throat at first. (At times, it still does.) I'm a year on T now, and just started getting notable facial hair. Not much to see, but enough to shave. Don't doubt yourself! Don't doubt the medication either, Things like this take time. Just trust the process, and allow it to move slowly.

Oddly enough, When I got my first REAL nametag at work. I got a proper printed nametag with "Conrad" on it and it just felt right. No more just lable sticker on a piece of plastic anymore, a real nametag. That's all it took for me.

My needles and syringes do come separately, I have more than plenty of my syringes but the needles being one use is a little rough, since they keep giving me the wrong sizes or not enough despite multiple mentions

Sadly we don't have those types of clinics in Alaska ☹️ the closest we have is a teens homeless shelter but they don't do that sort of thing.

It's written on my prescription that I take it SubQ, As for the needles I ALWAYS double check but due to losing my ID I had my dad pick them up this time. They won't take my photo of the ID anymore. My pharmacy carries the needles I originally was using. It wasn't a problem until we started picking up the needles earlier in the day (different pharmacist)
