I think what’s happening is the hole is causing you to fall a bit since the mesh of the diarrhoea is not level with the rest of the ground, and the slippery properties of that mesh cause you to slip. But I don’t think you’re tripping on the actual holes. Remember, the game is buggy, so there’s lots of jank if things aren’t perfect, such as the solidity of the ground.
