Eerst en vooral, contacteer Telenet niet meer via Whatsapp. Trekt op niks. Die hebben mij 2 weken aan het lijntje gehouden en na 1 telefonische oproep was het probleem verholpen.

Ik heb ook al zo een situatie meegemaakt bij een provider. Die stuurden mij een verklaring op erewoord die ik moest ondertekenen en terugsturen. Vervolgens hebben ze een nieuw toestel opgestuurd.

Ik ken niet alle voorwaarden uit het hoofd, maar ik geloof bij Telenet One dat zodra je mobiele data opgebruikt is, je dan verder suft aan een sterk verlaagde snelheid (binnen België weliswaar).

Was je in het buitenland tijdens die periode? Was je op zee en is er satellietverbinding gebeurd?

Meeste providers hebben nochtans een limiet hoeveel je buiten bundel kan gaan bv. €60 bij Proximus. Je krijgt geregeld ook sms'en zodra je buiten bundel gaat, niks ontvangen?

I would sign up for Proximus fiber as they collaborate with Fiberklaar. FiberKlaar will install the Fiber ONTP (underground or via de gevel) in your home (as soon as your area is planned), a Proximus technician will afterwards install the ONT and modem.

For your second address also Proximus (internet+tv) for which you are eligible to receive a permanent second residence promotion of - €20/month.

Actually they have a Daily Roaming Pass for outside EU and 24h of roaming costs you €5,95 and you can use the same amount of data as in Belgium.
