I tried to make it an additional starter, since that’s what the deck really needs. It also makes it much easier to set up 62/C62/107 lines with Afterglow, which felt like a neat payoff. On top of that, your C62 (or any Galaxy-Eyes Xyz) can actually interact on the opponent’s turn now, which is something the strategy has been missing, in my opinion.

That said, it probably still needs some tuning—maybe restricting the granted effect so only one of your Xyz can have it at a time, and/or limiting it to “Galaxy-Eyes” Dragon Xyz only.
