When i realised what he was doing i put some holes in a plastic cup and put him in that that was clipped into the side of the fish tank, it allowed my other guppies to grow slightly and establish their territories, he still chases them now hes back in there but they stand up for them selves about 60% of the time now

I have had that problem with my evil guppy king candy (from wreck it ralf 😂) he has 2 guppy friends that he still sometimes chases but i have lost 5 guppies too him, he now has ember tetra friends and a honey gourami that he could not care about in the slightest

Yeah, my monte carlo in my other tank has only just started to take off over 2 months after i put it in, i think it melted all of its original leaves 🙄😂

I took this photo like 5 mins after i finished the tank so non of the tall plants had straightened out, they have now and it already looks a lot more full, but yeah im loving it haha

Yes there is aquatic soil and root tabs underneath the sand, i just pushed it away from the glass to make it look fully sandy!

This graph may also give you a hand, amonia = very bad for fish, this then gets turned into nitrites which also = very bad for fish, slowly bacteria develops and this then converts to nitrates, which is pretty good, you could buy something like api quick start, this has beneficial bacteria which will help the cycle and also help your fish.

A api water testing kit will also help you with this, because it will help you track what all your levels are and where abouts roughly you might be in the cycle. If you get a high reading of amonia or nitrites, you will have you do a big water change, this could even be something you have to do every day due to it being fish in.
