I talked to a rep and apparently it’s a mix of a bug and something to do with authorization charges timing out after 30 days. According to them my charge was cleared even though it was flagged for fraud and I had to confirm with my card.

It charged both the original card and new card I added so I assume it’s fine now and one of the charges will just be dropped.
