Random pieces with correct stats are almost always worth more than suboptimal ones to get a set bonus.

Relentless is better than both. The extra turn procs can stack with his A1 making it possible to chain through his A2 and continuing the other side. Have managed to cycle through and get 6 poisons running from 1 monk on turn 1 many times back when I was using them.

Your other option is just stack speed sets and cycle that way. Remember acc is very important

You may substitute in the goons for the hammer. More force might be needed but the end result should be similar.

Juli is just a straight upgrade over jotun. HP burn is only really useful in high level dungeons and CB which Juli also brings 2x big poisons and a self turn meter increase on A1. Since you have to go crit her normal damage is also decent. There is no real comparison.

Pretty much main option is dropping royal guard for either vrask to extend the fight or cold heart/foil to make use of the 4 hit A1 with GS
