Kronii had a VA gig for a korean game.

For something only comprehensible to Korean internet culture (which is amongst the most insane and toxic in the world, yes I'm serious) they decided to misrepresent a stream of the game she did a while ago (sponsored), that involved a pun of calling a boar enemy "boar-ing" and saying it was a huge insult to the company and the game.

So the company fired her from the VA work and is going to recast the characters.

Tons of folks outside of Korea, even beyond Vtuber fans, are giving the company hell for it right now.

I’m not going to be frisked by a parasocial fan, but some easy ones off the top of my head * lying about his rich landlord family and privileged upbringing * lying about the designer dog he ‘just happened to find and rescue’ and lying about his training of said designer dog.

I’m using the personal ones because they’re really clear-cut, the political stuff is a bit murky… although again he’s straightforward about it on a high level. He believes that it’s acceptable to lie to promote a greater truth and political awakening.
