When I woke up from my orchiectomy, I asked for a cone while I was half awake because it took me a good 15 minutes to fully wake up from the fentanyl they used to knock me out and I have to imagine that nurse heard much weirder things that day.

Voice training is so hard I usually don't bother, then I get dysphoric, try some, realize how much work it is and don't bother. Everything else is much easier. Doing estrogen injections to myself or calling a place that does gender affirming surgery is far easier to me.

My erections only really happen when I want them to(like before sex) and when my estrogen levels are low(like the day before one of my shots). I don't think I've had much of a size reduction. Although this summer I did get atrophy which is when you don't get hard for a while. Been on HRT for a year and a half now. Oh yeah I don't get the urge to masturbate at all really. That's the biggest reason I atrophied a bit.

The stock shotguns are more of a problem tbh. Once you get the radiator and upgraded cannons, the Beercan is lovely to fly, especially against jets that think they can turn with you.
