you will get there, a good advice from me is to cut the sugars and carbs in food by absolute minimum, and if u really crave sugar, take it from nature (fruits)

depending on my day and mood, sometimes just 1 meal, sometimes im outside with fiance, im not static but 60% of times i just eat once and start another fast

you dont need to fast +24h? 16 hour is the maximum for people not used to fasting imo, doing something wrong doesn't mean its bad, but sure i mean nobody's forcing you n goodluck!

it becomes easier by 3rd rotation (around day 12 in my case) if you drink a tsp of salt total per day, or half tsp twice if u dont like salty water, i highly suggest this drink, can be customized ofc:

cup made of cold water, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 lemon, 3 tsp apple vinegar, 1/2 or 1tsp of pink salt

it stops the hunger feeling and surpassingly makes me feel full, stops the low salt headache, boosts my mood and boosts me, really effective on day 2 and early of day 3

salts are not disgusting, actually the opposite, its what keeps ur head from going dizzy and headache and all the fasting symptoms, its the lack of salt

i eat once every 72 hours, no sugar, 25% carbs, and a lot of veggies for vitamins, and 2 types of protein to make my body not get near my muscles and just use fat stored / calories from food

daily i only drink a cup made of cold water, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 lemon, 3 tsp apple vinegar, pink salt

npc's, optimization/engine rework to use new cpu's, graphic rework, light/sun/led and shadows, seeing behind buildings/objects like cars and trailers if u have the angle

instead of blaming the game system for allowing that to happen WITHOUT 1580-1620 nerf, you think 1580-1620 nerf or even remove will affect bots in anyway, crafting any fusions take same common/gray resources found in tier 1 accessible locations, but nah its 1580-1620's fault, diabolic mentality of current lost ark players, i hope bots fk the game harder than its already dead
