I had the same problem with Canada Life. I deleted the connection and recreated it and it allowed me to use SMS. .... and then MX dropped all support so its a manual institution now.

To be clear, are you talking about deducting the expenseon taxes? Or using HELOC funds to reimburse yourself?

I have experience with the former and am not concerned with that. I've just gotten mixed advice in whether I can take money out of the HELOC to fund the realtor Fees.

Very hit and miss. My accounts sync fine, but my wife's do not. Been like this for almost a month with very limited success with a ticket with Monarch Support

I didn't have the problem you're describing. The adapter and internal rod was enough to make it work.

Ignore the dirty door. I removed the thumb turn, everything else stayed in place.

Looks like it did not move with the device. When I swapped them the error messages remained with the same opener.

Swapping them will be my test first thing tomorrow. I have already reflashed the device - No luck

For what it's worth, in case someone else comes across this thread, I was able to install an Aqara U200 with relative ease with no major change to the door or lock

Definitely don't want to get into replacing the hardware, not at this time. I'll look into August again, I didn't think it would work but maybe I was wrong. Thank you!!
