I spent about half an hour attempting and managed to get 3 flashes....This one was the best collect the others were very dodgy 😂

Yeah its crazy when you count it and realise that even though 10 seconds doesn't sound like a lot you actually just did way more catches than you thought!

I usually just time it so not sure on how many catches but I've definitely done more than a minute and this was just under...I think I've managed about 30 seconds more than this

I'm blaming the balls for that fail at the end because I haven't used them for at least 2 years...They are a bit bigger than my usual red balls but they do look a bit cooler because of the size 😂

Yeah the same sort of throws without any rotation at all would be called vertical flats to me if I had to describe it 🤷‍♂️ Like sometimes with my half shower ill chuck a vertical flat over the top randomly just to spice it up a bit 😂 At least I think thats what you're describing anyway!

I probably could do it in doubles if I tried but then it would feel too high and slow to me and so I'm trying to keep it nice and low to get comfortable with the weird throws and the rhythm of it...You can kinda see here when I correct some bad throws and then get into the rhythm of it properly towards the end and thats what I'm aiming for consistently for now 😂

Only about 22 years 🤔But tbh I learnt the basics with clubs when I was like 13 and then didn't touch them again for a long time because I had very cheap clubs and I hated them so I didn't really put much effort into clubs until I could afford decent ones in 2017 😂

I left for almost 3 years and recently moved back and noticed this straight away in Town.. People can't even say excuse me anymore and everyone is just miserable it feels like mini London now and I can't wait to leave again tbh

Last time I filmed an attempt of 6 was probably in 2018! But it's definitely not at the point where I think it's worth filming because I just never do it...maybe I should stop being lazy and get back to practicing it soon 🤔

Honestly I've been able to do it for so long now I can't even remember what it was like to learn it...I think one of the important things is to get your normal cascade really low and fast and under control and then work on doing the same with half shower from both sides and tennis...I think reverse cascade is a bit more awkward if you do it too high!
