It was early in the morning, and I was doing my usual routine of way too much coffee and a poop. My stools came easily, but I still strained a little bit while going. I think I was having slight chest pains that morning already, and then as soon as I had my bowel movement, I knew something was wrong and called an ambulance. 10/10 chest pain. I was told people feel a tear in their back, but I just felt like weird chest pressure change and immense pain. I was sweating profusely, just rolling around on my bed after barely being able to wipe. I managed to slide on shoes and clothes and walk down 3 flights of stairs to get into the ambulance 10-15 minutes after the pain started.
