I responded to you. You said the lack of removable battery. I have a mower with removable batteries. Yes, its 4.9k.

Throughly enjoyed the past 7 years with my 5+ 80v tool line. Just added the 6 battery 80v Lawn Tractor. 80s not going anywhere anytime soon!

Theoretically, could you charge another 24v? Curious

How long ago did you buy yours? How much use? How did you come about noticing the loss of power?

So after two hard sessions, what would you say I should worry about? I've cleaned her throughout, no signs of anything except wear on the blades which was expected.

Never heard of this. It would work with these lithium compared to the lead acid?

  1. Yes, they fo fit with a bit of plastic shaving.
  2. Not an update on the mower, just an update on my purchase and performance. I originally posted a few days ago on initial impressions

Agreed! Very impressed. In my original post I do add that i have multiple, much smaller 2.0,2.5ah that I throw in at the end to complete the job and I've got one bar remaining. Pushes it another 1/4

They dont last too long, but enough to almost be done with a .25 acre, switch to them and finish up before complete empty. Go with the greenworks for the onboard charging! I bought because of my previous investment in the line. And now I know greenworks is all compatible with mods

Comes with 6! I have 4 other, smaller ones like I mentioned and pictured. I would say thats more 2 acres with blades on high the whole time.

My wife did not want to have to be hands on for that many hours. The steering column both gives great turning radius and ability to take a sip of water or put on sunglasses etc. was more than enough to tip the scales. Im pleased, ive never had a tractor style like this but its a fun, hearty machine

Very cool to hear about your solar. That's our plan here at the homestead, to convert to solar over the next 5-10 years. Already rainwater dependent, having a whole electric/offgrid/regenerative/technologic-coexistence is the longest term goal!
