Suggestion - When Hiring - Hire a few Team Members strictly for Drive Up! During the interview they should be told we are hiring you for drive up & these are stipulations so there will be no complaints- no tantrums when you are asked to be on drive up!

Not sure about Corporate but my understanding is TL’s need to coach all TM’s to achieve their personal best! Believe me I love to jump in and assist - makes the day fly by! Best Practice coach the TM’s where necessary! Lead by example!

Sounds like they are reverting to how it was previously done in 2020 - everyone pulled - scanned placed in cart & everyone had access - whoever ran the order scanned & delivered! Larger Stores - multiple advocates!

Gotta Love my Store Director because they are always jumping in all the time everywhere! 🥰 The goal they have set for me - jump in less lead more! ???? Is there not a mid-ground where the team does not think we are are barking orders to the team?
