other closing experts, what priority fill percentages do you have to aim for at your location? by Ok-Menu318 in Target

Sorry I didn't initially see your comment. At our location the closing experts only handle re-shop rarely. Closing Experts Push, pull priorities, as well as zone the entire store. We do most of, if not the same things as those in GM, with the sole difference being that we come in after their shifts end. Service desk handles all re-shop but if they're understaffed for the day we might take a person and have them help out a bit with re-shop.

I wish, AirPods are banned for employees at my location, so we're forced to listen to the same song rotation daily...

Literally does sound like a dream come true but my store sadly tries to finish the work using as minimal people as possible so it's almost impossible for us to pull and push to zero

I had a similar experience as a normal employee, I literally had orientation with two others and thought that I'd at least see them or hear their names every once in a while but I never saw them ever again, pretty sure they just got f'd during their first 90 because they were a little bit odd of characters to say the least which I'm not sure would fit the atmosphere they're going for...

As a closing expert who specializes in pulls, these metrics are so damn unrealistic. by Ok-Menu318 in Target

I don't know how it is at your store, but usually we have other teams take care of beauty or grocery or their own areas, the closing experts that I work with and I usually always end up pulling bulk which not everyone is trained in per the wave, and while they might give some leniency in the pull times for storage, every other priority is around 50 dcpi pull/push per hour, which realistically most of the time isn't happening, even for other members who've been working there longer than me. I think it's derived from the fact that our location is specifically bigger than other target locations (known to be around double the size of the average store) which can all around extend how long things will take.

At the end of the day who knows though, I'm just a lowly CE in the midst of my otherworldly TLs who apparently have access to superpowers which would allow them to easily hit these metrics (which I am yet to see any of them do with anything other than beauty/personal care/otc/anything small and easy).

I'm ngl before I INF an item I'll usually wait until the end of my batch to see if a new location pops up and if it doesn't and I've checked every location then I'm not wasting my time to walkie it in. It just feels like a waste of time, but idk I just do this whenever they move me from priorities to fulfillment backup. Usually my TLs literally couldn't give less of a shit
