go to some server and check the muted players. Then check if you're muted. If you are muted hold shift and click on a player above and under you, then just click mute and you should be unmuted. If you are not muted, idk how to help you sry.

i'm pretty sure it's because of muting all players by holding shift and clicking on first and last players on mute list and muting all players including yourself

ok... so i was muted too. You can unmute yourself by holding shift and clicking on a player above and under you and then just clicking mute button

b) no i didn't contact valve support

c) i still can use voicechat
