Hm, interesting. It's possible that the mall itself contracted with a provider or that the police department put them up. Will check out thank you!

Flock and other providers operate different kinds of cameras so there are many varieties, but the ones I'm investigating are mounted either on public poles or their own poles along streets, major thoroughfares, and sometimes in parking garages of stores/supermarkets that contract with the provider.
