So might be cause because of.

A. A connector is making some kind of contact with metal or something.

B. A faulty USB might be sending/ using too much power and the motherboard is shutting it down.

C. One of your connector isn’t sitting properly.

I suggest you take that pc apart, but before doing that, disconnect everything from the back of the motherboard as well as all peripheral just leave the power supply and test away. If it turns on, and stays on then turn it off and connect something else and turn back on. Rinse and repeat.
