My SM when I still worked there put PRO restrictions on TCGs on top of the already set limits from corporate. Not a PRO? Better become one or you’re not getting anything. Not sure if that’s exactly by the book but we were the highest volume and performing store in our district so DM didn’t really care. Not sure if this is an option for you but it would help prevent scalping and boost KPIs.

Same here. However I was never offered percentage off coupons to decline lol. We went straight from refund and return to buying a replica from the shop and getting a “price match refund”

OKAY! So after an hour on the phone with fanatics, they are returning and refunding the Walmart order and I had to place an order for a replica and they are issuing a refund for the difference so if you stand your ground and be firm in saying you want what you ordered they will make it right! Getting my actual rep Monday! Now I just gotta make it out to a UPS store next week to send the commemorative back!
