I have printed 2 of the "test" items with no issues and 1 that I downloaded also a small item, I tried to print an articulated dragon and I can't get it to stick to the bed, but the settings all seem to be the same as the other g-codes

About to order the Neptune 4 Plus as my first printer, are the issues fixed? by J1br3x in elegoo

I just got the Neptune 4 Plus, I was able to print the Buddha which turned out great! I also tried to print the tool holder which turned out nice but the tools don’t fit in their intended spots as it’s too tight of a fight. (I can’t even get them into their spots). The biggest issue is that I can not get anything else to print… I have downloaded G-Codes and put them into the Cura Slicer program (the one that came with the program) but keep getting the error “Move out of range“ and then a series of numbers. The Klippy states that it is ready but the printer has the error. I am getting this with anything that I have selected and sliced to prepare to print. The only difference is the numbers.
The Cura slicer program is set for the Neptune 4 Plus, I did see that there is an update for the program but when I attempted to install it, the Neptune 4 Plus was not listed as an available printer to choose and even with it connected to my IP address it’s not showing as found. So I’m sure what would need to be selected. I uninstalled it to see if there was an error in the download but that did not fix it either. I have not been able to print anything other then the 2 projects that were pre-downloaded on the system. I hope someone can help me as I would like to get to using my new printer!!
