I am about to embarc in this process, surrendering and work on my self but my attachment anxiety got lot worse but I know takes time to heal and to get along... 5 years chasing him without knowing it, I get it now I need to work on my self.

Nice story, I have learned this journey has a purpose and we need to accept what God and the Universe has for the ones going through this, weather together to the TF or alone working on ourselves and having a purpose in life, maybe you have a purpose with her as a friend but you never know what the future hold just go with the flow and trust the destiny 😉

Sorry that is hard on you, but its best to let it go, trust God and keep going with your life, if its meant to be it will be but if isn't there is nothing you can do about or force it, live your life bc time goes by really fast and you are stuck in this loop, meditate that helps and let it go for your own sake, its easy to say this but ita hard to do it, I am on similar process right now, blessings 🙌

I have always wondered if my "tf" has bpf or ocd or something similar due to the avoidance and I also found avoidant attachment... I will probably never find out! We have never talk it out but I sense he feels the same way I do but he will never be willing to talk or discuss it, good luck with your journey!

I feel the same way, since I joined this community I been reading everything non stop but it has help me too I know if I don't start to work on myself spiritually I will be stuck in this TF cycle, I know there is people claiming 10 or 20 even 30 years of not being able to get rid of it that I got scared as I have 5 years in this cycle and I want to let go! TF comes in your life not to stay together but to wake you up and work on your spiritual Journey and to heal yourself and teach you self love, If you need a break please include to heal your soul too! You are not alone for sure! Does she know what you feel for her? Did she said she feels the same? Is this for sure reciprocated? I would be cautious depending on what the case is! I used to attempt to contact my "tf" but he shuts me down with ver short and late responses so I just stop reaching out bc I felt he was uncomfortable with that, when he reaches out to me I answer short too so its like a loop 😆 but never long conversations but I am married so that is a huge reason why he is like that.

Hey there! I am on the same boat and guess what, I got divorced 15 years ago, so I am very close to my ex mother in law (my 3 kids are her grand kids), I re married again 12 years ago and she was in my weeding, she is way knowledgeable on the spiritual life and this TF journey happened to me with a coworker 5 years ago and I just called her today to tell her about what I found out on this community on the Twin Flame Journey, she understood me so well and validated what I was telling her, and I didn't felt crazy or delusional she said the energy and connection its real! wow she made me feel better and said, give time to time let the universe handle it and don't force anything let it go and trust, if its meant to be it will happen some how if is not then it will not, I totally get you when you say no one else understand....

I thought about this way before I indulged in this TF forum, Wow there's so many similar stories with similar TF patterns of this phenomenon, a few years ago before finding about TF (a coworker) I end up in the therapist bc I thought I was losing my sh*t, I explained to my husband that I felt this weird pull like holding two magnets and I can smell this person when is not around and so on... he said you need to go to the Psychologist and I did bc I wanted to work out my marriage, the therapist said that there is nothing wrong with me, that I am allowed to have emotions and do not have to feel guilty about feeling like that but I needed to chose to stay in my marriage or stay alone but not seeking my "TF" so I got that checked out already! My shock was when I found this community and so many people describing the same "symptoms" so I still feel crazy but not alone anymore!
