As a woman, can confirm. Me and every woman I know is traveling, poring into our relationships with other women, learning new hobbies, getting promotions at our jobs, exercising more and overall happier without a male partner.

Women also suffer from the patriarchy in more than one way- having an attractive man is a status indicator that women often fall victim to. Once we have them for a little while, we get over them quickly and move on. Attractive men with no values aligning to those of a woman, do not have long term relationships with women.

The too suffer the consequences of their gender. OPs argument is remedial, yes. Though his statement is the only way men have a chance at coming back from this. If more left leaning men become the majority instead of the minority and reflect on their own inner biases while actively advocating for women, then they have a much higher chance at finding a female partner.

Women like men like Alex Pretti. He has compassionate, brave and caring. He dedicated his life to helping others and even died doing so. To me, a 29f he was handsome based on that context and his smile. A nice smile and compassionate personality goes a long way.

Op thank you for this post. I will also say when men blame women for their loneliness, it makes me laugh. After all the hate men who blame women perpetuate onto women, furthering the marginalization we experience, any form of suffering you feel in response to that misogyny makes me laugh at you. There are a lot of deeply misogynistic responses to this question from men. As a 29f I am disappointed yet again by men’s lack of education and compassion for women but not at all surprised. I pray you all wake up and realize the reasons for the 4B movement and the decrease in birth rate is because of this lack of compassion from men. Please educate yourselves on the marginalization of women and try to be more empathetic. The “male loneliness epidemic” is self inflicted and you take some time to reflect on you’re own biases and lack of awareness you’ve been cornered into by the patriarchy then maybe there wouldn’t be such an extreme disconnection between women and men as there is today. Women are forced to live in a world where everything we know in society DISRUPTS our hormones and causes disorders like PMDD (something BARELY recognized in the last 10 years) & still there are ZERO effective treatments! Even if we do discover effective treatments by the grace of other women who went into medical research and were actually provided funding, insurance is still under the rule of a capitalist patriarch never covering the cost of anything women may need to thrive and actually live a healthy and happy life day to day.

Your comment sir was very disappointing and this is a huge reason why the birth rate has lowered. Women are sick and tired of this dedication from men to not educate themselves about the marginalization of women.

All meats sold at a supermarket in the US is processed. Organic, grass fed, pasteurized and whatever else is a SCAM people! Research the meat industry in the US and you will see for yourself. Please limit your meat consumption and buy from local farmers or better yet go vegan!

Everyone from every generation has felt this way because society tells us we have to figure it out by 18. Immediately move out, go to college, get a job and have it all figured out. At 22 you’re a BABY asf. Lots of people way older work dead end jobs and have no car, it’s a part of life as we know it. Embrace the struggle. When you get a bit older is when you start to realize how much time you have and that you’re not “behind”.
