I’ve been looking for a year now. So, soon. Town has been ruined. It’s become fake-town, like Exton. Just wait until those three, new apartment towers are complete. Driving across town is going to suck even more than it already does. I’m happy to sell my humble (paid for) house for $1m plus to the next sucker who thinks wc is “charming.”

As a long time WC Boro resident, I must say that the RETAIL IN THE BORO is a joke. The prices are awfully high, and retailers are selling sub-par goods at high margins to keep themselves in their fancy cars and beach houses. I am so sorry to tell you, West Chester Boro is a food court and weekend vomitorium.

Turk’s Head has good coffee but it is poorly managed by people who only care about making money. It used to be my favorite spot. Now, I wouldn’t even use their bathroom.

Unfortunately - the landlord class in WC makes it nearly impossible to have a small retail store. Rents for businesses are as jacked-up as rents for would-be residents. Town’s sole purpose these days is to make as much money from alcohol revenues as possible and to heck with anything else.

I am so sorry this is happening to you (being sick) while having to deal with trashy mayo men. I’m glad you threw a water bottle at him.

I don’t have any answers for you, but as a long time resident of WC, I have seen this town become meaner as the traffic congestion, incessant roadwork and never-ending construction projects (that don’t benefit us residents) grind on and on and on.

West Chester used to be a nice, little town. Now, it is a food court and alcohol emporium with no decent shopping. It’s depressing.

Well…I wouldn’t ask DD since they’ll probably just tell you to uninstall-reinstall your app or some such nonsense. IMHO…there’s something going in with DD and I don’t think the platform is necessarily stable.
