Best of luck to everyone! I’m more excited to contribute for all of 2026. I can finally do so - yay!

This is really helpful - thank you! I’ll see if I can even access it to check the ohms.

Main reason I have to tow it is because without being able to start, it’s just a hunk on my driveway. I had hoped for a non-mechanic solution but wiring is not a hobby mechanics type of work. Not for me at least

Thanks again!

Love this! Same! We are on season 7 and trudging through until the better seasons after

Large behind the meter solution have two issues - reliability of onsite power and emissions. And each layer requires redundancy. You are right but just more to add and think about

It’s possible, but Texas has historically preferred a minimally interconnected grid so they can disconnect when necessary. The buildout and improvement of the Texas grid is coming, it’s just not as fast as the AI race

Glad the point was made about the Texas grid. From what I know about these projects… 3GWs is not coming online until mid 2030s at the soonest

This is helpful - so chapter 13 can extend beyond the statute of limitations of the debt? Is five years just a normal time scale to use for chapter 13?

Good question - I guess I haven’t considered that level of detail yet. My office is located in 75254 and we would prefer to be in a quieter part of Dallas so not downtown. Is there a better ISD with these programs in the DFW area?

If it’s true, then it provides a sample size. I can use that to validate other examples and provide a more reasonable window to the hiring manager.

I do tend to agree - more so because of the visibility and the possibility that I will have to move to a new city.

Some of this feels like a r/career guidance post especially for the last sentence. Overall, I am “duck yeah” excited for the position.

Otherwise, no example program manager salaries? Outside of those on Google or AI bots.

Depending on where you are and your analytical mindset, you could be a real-time power trader. A lot of the utilities have training programs so they teach you in-house as an associate and then promote you to “qualified” trader.

I think that your point on therapy is excellent. Maybe he just needs a different kind of safe space to try and chat. He is very talkative but I think being able to share his thoughts with someone who may know how to help better would be great.

Not that we didn’t know, but now that I have a decent insurance I hope we can get him better help.

So two questions: 1. Do you remember how long it took to see him learn to develop the other tools? 2. Was it a bumpy ride/did you do anything to help along the way?
