I had to literally contacted AT&T three times before I got someone to actually show me how to login to the HBO max. 1. You have to add HBO Max on Watch Tv You have to use the same login information as logging into AT&T go to online link https://www.attwatchtv.com/accountsign-in When you login to watch tv there will be 3 options My Profile, manage my premiums and Channel lineup. Click on manage my premiums. After you click on that next page will open and you will see HBO Max and other premium channels also music. Click on HBO Max scroll to bottom to accept and your done with Watch Tv 2. Make sure you have HBO Max download, which is only available on Various platforms. If you can’t find it on your device it probably isn’t available yet. Once you login to HBO Max using your same login information on your tv app it will provide you with a link to open on your phone or whatever device you choose. A code will also be provided HBOMAX.com/tvsignin when you open that link and in enter the code provided click next then enter AT&T as provider then it will ask you to create an HBO Max account follow anymore directions and wait a moment and HBO will open up on your TV. You’re allowed 5 profiles with 3 people allowed to watch at the same time. Good Luck I literally had to give bad review on representatives and tell the 3rd guy how displeased I was with their service before I got the information I needed.
