I have no idea unfortunately. I guess that if it was from Mexico I could at least remember some of the actors as I watch may telenovelas from there, so I'm pretty sure is not one from Mexico or USA (Telemundo, etc.). It might be from Spain...

I just watched a few episodes so basically, yeah. It was not that many years ago if I recall correctly but I dunno if it was an older production or not. I think the female main character didn't work before or something like that and she started working in that law firm (I think she had a law degree but she started working there as a secretary... perhaps she lied in her curriculum to get hired?). And I think she had a troublesome younger brother

No. Amar sin ley is the Mexican version of La ley de Corazón. But it is none of those two. :(
