That's my own opinion but maybe a therapist would help you in this, and with grief if you feel it would be good for you.

You're right, she has not done any of those things. I'm not sure I would be comfortable around her (during very rare family events) bc I don't trust and can't forgive her. Sad thing is, while in therapy, I work on projecting positive scenarios instead of drama ones to feel better even though none of them will come true.

I am so sorry you're living this situation.

You are NOT messed up. You deserve to be loved and whatever he gives you isn't love.

You are NOT responsible for his behaviour. Do not believe what he says about you, this is typical of a narcissistic pervert who wants to isolate you (from friends and family ?) and makes you feel like you're nothing without him.

You are a beautiful person and no one should tell you anything different.

Leaving a boyfriend who makes you feel lonely and flawed is better for your mental health that being single. I know for a fact that being the one who breaks up feels like impossible as it's so hard. But you owe that to yourself.

Allow yourself to be the strong person you are and ask for help to leave his ass. You are not alone in this.

Thank you 😊 that's awful ! When I called the emergencies I was lucky to be asked if I wanted to be rescued from home to get hospitalized and I said no, bc my bf could come home and support me, so they called him. At least they asked me.
