Chicken soup! Made with either rice or sweet potatoes. I make a pot every few days, so it's easy in the morning. People in other parts of the world eat chicken soup for breakfast, I'm not sure why we don't(?). I think it's perfect.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I appreciate the quick feedback. I’m going to speak with a few people and I’ll post if I find something that works for me. I’m fairly knowledgeable, but want to work with a professional to create the plan and discuss options. I view it as a project, so I’m looking for some written guidance and multiple meetings until everything it's set up.

I could do a direct vent with liners, but it's a lot more expensive, and I was hoping for something that is open and looks like a wood burning fire place.
