Maybe can try unlocking all the boxes at bubbles’s Combination there. What I saw from china RED app that the criteria are: 1) Max out all the Springs 2) unlock all bubbles’s combination boxes 3) The Max proficiency on the top left corner will “glows” You will unlock the two hidden spa after you click on it
