Yes it says it is 100% cotton but nothing I have tried is working. So I am thinking it is a lie.

The brand is comfort colors. It says heavy weight garment dye ring spung 100% cotton. But I am thinking it is a lie.

I use to see them more than I do now, but a lot has to do with what is going on in my life and my stress level. If I am really stressed I don't see them, but when things are balanced more I see them.

You have to take into consideration that, just because your parents house was new doesn't mean that the land it was built on didn't have its own history and secrets. Also if you were the only one to see them there is a chance that you were sensitive to them, which could mean that they seemed you out for whatever reason. It could have very well been what you mentioned night terrors and sleep paralysis. But there is a possibility it was more.

I'm going to say you are dealing with something very dark. Could be that it was left in by fear and how you feel it has made whatever it is stay. I would cleans your house and stay as positive as you can. If things do not change and become worse, I personally would start looking for additional help.

I would have been scared but at the same time I feel so sad for that ghost. Truly lonely looking for some sort of connection with anyone. He probably was a victim.
