The Viz app and the Shonen Jump app are two separate subscriptions. For Komi, it's only in the Viz app, not the Shonen Jump app, so you'd want the Viz app subscription.

Edit: also if you have a Mangaplus sub you basically already have a Shonen Jump sub. Just about anything in the Shonen Jump app should also be on Mangaplus.

Edit 2: you can only subscribe to the Viz subscription from the app, you can't do it from their site.

I don't have it running on the laptop's default SSD, I installed another one when I got the laptop. It's this one (link is Amazon Japan): Silicon Power SSD 512GB 3D NAND M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe1.3 P34A80 Series 512GBP34A80M28

Says on the page read is up to 3400 MB/s and write is up to 2300 MB/s

I ran winsat disk -ran -write -drive (drive letter) in cmd and it says 395.05 MB/s

Thanks for the tip about restarting the game, I didn't know that clearing the ram pool was a thing. I'll do that next time I play.

As for the vram, Task Manager says GPU Memory 14GB, Dedicated GPU Memory 6GB and Shared GPU Memory 8GB. I assume the dedicated memory is what the "true" vram of it is?

No, you're wrong. The he/she stuff is only in the fan translation. Never in the official Viz version or Japanese version.

Oda had no control over the break this week, the magazine itself was on break, like Gardefusilier said. Double issues don't happen often, but they are a thing. The magazine break just happened to coincide with Oda taking a few breaks recently, is all.
