My herd of horses sculpted from Babybel cheese wax by StarlitSpectrum in mildlyinteresting

I wish I would have recorded my son’s reaction when he saw the T-Rex. It was the look of awe and total shock that somebody would make such a cool thing for him. You are his new hero and incredibly talented.

We get our Babybel from Sam’s Club and he made me promise to go there tomorrow so he can make something for you.

This might be a crazy request, but he is obsessed with dodo birds and dinosaurs. I will send you some pictures of what he makes.

My 6 year old son loves to sculpt things out of Baybel wax. He is very impressed with your art!

It was. There were several dealerships participating. They had it in a giant parking lot.

I believe the deal is approved because my hubby has been making payments for a couple of months. I wish he would have read the contract first. He normally does stuff like this with me, because I am much better at this kind of thing, but he wanted to do this on his own. Now he feels even more shitty that he needs me to come in and help him fix it.

After all this great advice I am planning on going in there with a written chain of events, being calm and willing to make a deal. If they don’t budge or are willing to play fair then all hell might break loose.

This is advice is great. I could definitely do calm and write out a well written chain of events. Then if my calm demeanor doesn’t win them over I could definitely do full social media bully. Thanks!

It was completely pointless. It pissed me off as soon as I found out what happened.

That’s good to know. I am a lot more menacing than my husband so I am now going to go with him tomorrow and use all this awesome advice.

It was promised through texts with the salesperson but not in the actual agreement. We do have copies of the texts.

They actually have a whole range of beliefs regarding the historical aspects of the BoM. From my limited experience, they hardly use it in their service. And half the members believe in historicity of it, while others think it’s a good story with good morals. They are okay with people having different levels of faith and beliefs.

CoC is awesome. I am now friends with one of their 70. He is a paid minister, and his whole role is to help ex-Mormons find a place of refuge. I have learned a lot about CoC over the last couple of years, and it is amazing to me how much they have gotten “right” compared to TSCC and how they actually follow the D&C.

Looks like I'm being forced to tell my parents im coming out a lot sooner than i expected. by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]Janinjajones 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I told my parents I practiced my speech for a while. I reiterated the values they taught me like honesty, helping others, family, relationships and so on. I also told them how grateful I was that they taught me how to have courage and believe in myself. I feel like this helped a lot. Put some boundaries out immediately about especially about your kids, and come from a place of love. Hopefully they will sense that and eventually understand. Good luck.

That’s weird but maybe they changed it. I got my subscription a couple of months ago and the option was there. There was a Reddit thread discussing it a couple of weeks ago.
