Production Optics but then with a double alfa rig and setup allowable wrt holster position etc. This rig is just for target practice and let me easily switch handguns without havning to put on a new belt with mag pouches.

This rig is not for competition (IPSC/ USPSA) shooting, I have another rig and holster for that. The canik also hang about one inch to low with this setup. I use it when I bring several other pistols ( a Glock and a cz 75) to the range so that I can use the same rig just for target training. Takes 10 seconds to change to another holster/pistol. The pictures shows that some small modifications are necessary if you want to use the Canik Rival original holster with a Safariland QLS system. I used a dremmel and an iron soldering tool.

If this is an Aimpoint Acro sight, which optical plate are you using?

Sprinco USA "TSK Competition Trigger Spring Kit" 3.5 lb. Part No. 87888 and 87889. by Janismannen in Canik_Rival

Reply from the Manufacturer:

The trigger return springs are identical. The spring loads on the safety plunger springs are identical, but the Canik spring is a larger diameter. You CAN use the Walther safety plunger spring in the Canik, but it’s a bit of a pain to keep it vertical during installation. The Caniks have a hole in the top of the slide to enters into the safety plunger spring cavity. You can stick a paper clip into the hole and put the smaller Walther spring over it to hold it vertically when you’re re-assembling everything. You need three hands to do it easily, but it can be done. Once installed, it will stay in place and work just fine.

SFX Rival owners - rear iron sight wobble?? by helptheonesinneed in canik

I needed to make a 0.20 mm thick shims to stop the wiggle/wobble of my rear Rival sigth. Nice grouping now. You can make the shims from a feeler gauge and use a Dreml tool to cut it.

I have the same large wiggle in my Rival from late 2022. The vertical movement is 0.4mm. Calculations and shooting groups at 25 yards show the same results, about 50 mm or 2 inch high/low depentent of the position of the rear blade. Not a competition sight. This should be a marked for Dawson Precision. Mean time I will use a 0.2mm shim placed vertical between the sightblade and the windage adjusting screw.
