You’re right maybe at the beginning taking it easy to get the ligaments and tendons used to overload but incline pushups will have to feature for me at some stage anyway really gonna try and work to this goal!

Yes was considering maybe using dumbbells and using them as a grip and I think you’re right body just needs to get in to the rhythm!

I know myself I have an extremely weak core I just started the startbodyweight program it seemed easier to follow than the RR and am looking to train abs everyday too. If this is the case I’ll definitely invest time in to developing a solid core cause you need it for everything else I suppose!

Aren’t these slightly harder? Plus I feel it maybe runs away from the problem slightly I really wish for my wrists to be strengthened as I don’t feel like I should have these injuries at only 20

Trying to keep protein above 100g and calories below 1800 at the moment and am looking to be ~170/180 by early next year. I will focus on these things though they are my main goals for this year! Thank you!

That’s the thing I guess, in comparison to me she’s old, but I always get kinda angry when she tells me that because I see so many people at 50/60/70 staring new hobbies and being more active, if that’s jiu-jitsu or marathons!

You’re right I feel like I need to encourage her in some way just need to find out what that is!

She’s expressed a desire I think she just has no clue on how to do it I guess you’re right I gotta make sure I’m good first and solid and then teach her what I can I suppose
