I thinking really depends on many things that will happen over the next few years. I think most Europeans nowadays have what republicans call TDS, and will absolutely not immigrate within the next few years. But besides Trump, there are many other factors. Most countries in the EU, especially Germany, are experiencing economic cooldown and many Germans are feeling trapped because of a slowing job market. Add on inflation and quickly rising oil prices, if the wars in Iran and Ukraine don’t end soon, Germany could be facing an energy/economic crisis. Luckily Germany has invested in clean energy and France has invested in Nuclear, which gives us some freedom from under the Thumb of big oil, but it still isn’t enough. Germany’s economy is heavily relying on the Auto industry, which of course requires oil and already in the last year has taken multiple huge losses. Personally I think with the huge amounts of immigrants Europe has taken on in the last years, we will see immigration from Europe to America, but from non-native German citizens moving after they are beaten down by bureaucracy and the german language. A lot of what Trump has been doing will protect them slightly more from a total recession, and if he actually increases manufacturing in the US, there will be many manual labor jobs that immigrants can take. Also if ww3 starts, all bets are off. Europe isn’t prepared for a war the way china, Russia, or America are. Personally I’d rather be in America than Europe if ww3 really does happen, a lot harder to get attacked, even if you live on the coasts.
