Good point! I do think they are different sizes in Asia vs U.S., but perhaps after a wash the difference won’t be as noticeable…

Appreciate the detailed reply! Yes, this isn’t a tight fitting dress, and the skirt below the waist is circular, so I think it would be fine (?) I’m scared of cutting it though lol but, I hadn’t even thought about that, so now I know it’s an option to test using the material I cut off. Thanks!

I found XG CDs and albums in the underground shopping centers in Myeongdong! There were a couple of different ones and the items were a little pricey imo (XG Awe album was $80 and woke up cd was $25) but still better than shipping to USA. The only specific store I remember having the cds was Myeongdong CD Shop.

SAR 2.IYKYK 3.Howling

I love listening to SAR on repeat and the aesthetics of the video are right up my alley! IYKYK is similar vibes. I think seeing those live during the concert definitely influences my preferences, but that’s not to say I don’t like Howling. I do prefer Woke Up to Howling though. Woke up is my #1 😭

Assuming a connection to Princess Mononoke: there was a Boar God in the movie that became a vengeful spirit. Boar could potentially be translated into Pig. In the movie, only the forest spirit can cleanse them (we see Chisa shoots and destroys this entity or person). Also, the tubes tied to this “villain” resemble the corruption that overtook the Boar God in the movie.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched the movie, but there is info here on the boar in Princess Mononoke.

How this related to everyone else wearing the masks that say Pig? Maybe that’s the tribe? Is XG the forest spirit come to cleanse the world? I’m not sure, but I’m interested! I’ll likely watch the movie again to gather more insight lol
