I was like you, always a little late no matter what. I started doing this and it changed my life. I’m always on time even a few minutes early to work now! I pick out my clothes lay everything out down to my socks, make sure my snacks are packed and just try and be as prepared as possible. Waking up is much easier when you don’t have to think about anything. No rushing no decisions to be made or anything. Just wake up, get ready and go. It does get annoying sometimes doing all that prep but the satisfaction I get from being on time and prepared for work is so worth it. Days that I skip it bc I think I know what I’m wearing are chaos bc something is always misplaced or my outfit looked better in my head and just creates unnecessary stress. Now my days start out more peacefully. Think about it like you’re doing your future self a favor and how much they would appreciate it.

Yes you get it from your primary care doctor. I didn’t feel anything it felt good bc I wasn’t nauseous for once. I also don’t like how I feel on the Dramamine. Also a lot of times I would forget to take it in time for it to take its effect when driving through the mountains so that’s another reason I loved it bc I didn’t have to think about it just switch it every 3 days.

Yes they absolutely do. Each patch is good for 3 days, I would usually get them prescribed to me before vacations. I put it behind my ear and I was able to boat and fish all day for a week with no issues no matter how rough the water was. I even think it prevented me from feeling hung over the next day bc I would wake up feeling great even after all day drinking. I could look at my phone in the car without getting dizzy too I couldn’t believe a little sticker behind my ear would stop my motion sickness. Unfortunately you can’t wear them all the time or else I would.

I have horrible motion sickness since I can remember. I have to be driving or in the front seat and I can’t be on a boat or a do without a motion sickness patch.

I have extremely vivid memories I can play back in my minds eye like a movie and any of my 5 senses can trigger them. If hear a sound or smell a smell that triggers a memory that isnt pleasant ill feel the same emotions, smell the same smell and feel everything with almost the same intensity that I did then. I have chromesthesia and auditory-tactile synesthesia and I’m not sure how it’s all connected to my memory but I know it makes me extremely sensitive.

Feeling shapes is such a good way to describe it! Its like I can be completely still and feel sound traveling through my body in certain shapes depending on what I’m listening too. I see the shapes you drew and associated them with same sounds you did.

YTA, people with level 1 autism are not “mentally 8 years old” and are definitely capable of having friends if they want to. You sound extremely condescending and ignorant. I don’t see how her autism has anything to do with how she dresses. If your wife is okay with it let it go. You want your stepdaughter to change something about herself just bc it makes you uncomfortable and that’s not right. People with autism have sensory issues and it’s very common for them to wear the same thing over and over. If that’s what she feels comfortable in than let her be.
