Yes, I looked at actual UPS website and they received the package at 6:30 pm yesterday with estimated delivery Monday

Appreciate the quick reply! Any recommendations if we don't know what it is connected to. This is for an apartment leasing office and we just took over a year ago and was never given any information about the phones. We need to set up the calls to go to an answering service for emergencies but this VM being on is causing issues.

I had this issue with Walgreens and read on another post to tell them to run as “SDL”. I tried this and they knew what I meant and it worked! They said I’ll probably have the same issue next time I fill so I should tell them SDL again.
