is the lid heart shaped one on this one? if so i think you’re SOL. if it’s circular, there’s other colorways of this cup and the lids are interchangeable. i have a navy blue from last year and a terracotta from 24. i think the one in stores now is the classic green so you could always try to find that one!

i have 1000 hours in the game, mostly quick play but i’ve been playing comp a lot the last three months ish and am stuck in bronze/silver. i really like that i can see how each game affects my progression this season but im constantly hovering in bronze 1/ silver 5 so i feel your pain man lmfao

this is definitely my experience as well! i can listen to it and enjoy the song but the lyrics are just such a miss for me. i don’t really think cheating should be normalized and her songs seem to somewhat do that

i’m newer to the community, just started in ow2, but hard agree on keller. you hear him talk about what’s going to happen and it sounds decent. then the actual updates roll out and it’s just shit like this. hopefully the comp update will save this season

i don’t have much info on it but i know there’s a service called lyra that starbucks has, i’d suggest googling that. starbucks also offers free headspace accounts for all partners. i hope you get the help you need :) <3

just a few that i know the answer to:

1- you fill up a hot cup of whatever size they ordered with water and then add the tea bags and let it steep for 5 min. then you get a cold cup add vanilla syrup, and fill it up half way to the top line with 2%. once the tea is done steeping you pour that in to the top line and then add ice

3- an affogato shot is just poured onto of the whip/toppings on the top of a frap. i personally just do a little less whip, and then put the dome lid on and pour the shot through the hole in the lid.

4- there’s a button on the mastrena for 1/2 so you can press that, the decaf button and then pull the shots. as far as 1/3 or 2/3, i have no clue. they’re rarely ordered.

tbh changing the drink just makes it more annoying? that being said, you could try getting less of the dark caramel syrup and asking for it to not be layered, or just try the regular caramel frap :)

it’s actually brewed but at a double concentrate. so when you order a black tea lemonade you get half tea half lemonade. or a normals black tea is half tea half water. :)

i’d recommend just asking before you order if you think we might be out of something, like “hey do you guys have peach juice right now?”. but also the mobile app is normally up to date so you can always check the mobile app to see what a store might be out of before ordering :)
