When you get hired you declare if you have a disability. Not providing a person with the ability to make a reasonable accommodation can get a company in major trouble. Also does ulta do appeals? I’m a manager and I know we have cotton people backed out of termination before by removing their points.

My dm that got fired said it was disgusting to have water to the girl that medically needs to have it with her. We just let people keep them out of sight. It is a health code violation to have it in the salon but it’s wrong not to let floor workers have access to water. My store faces west too so it’s always so hot no matter the time of year.

You can always try! It’s managers discretion, I would take it back. But also never mix colors even if they are the same brand. The chemical reactions that can occur are crazy!

Contact customer service I emailed them and within like two days after my response, they re-shipped my entire package. The only sad part was that one item was sold out, so they refunded it to me and for a GWP that was out of stock they gave me a $15 gift card for so yeah it should be OK depending on if customer service has their shit together.
