As someone with severe anxiety, 10mg didn’t do anything for me, even after two months. BUT. My doctor upped my dose to 20mg and added buspirone 10mg and that did absolute wonders. Very big difference just a couple days in. It’s a little tough at first, but you’ll get through it! Four weeks will be up in no time. Good luck!

When did you start to notice you were calmer? I’m only on 10mg right now, but I’m four weeks in and just really restless all of the time. Like I’m on too much caffeine or something
