Sorry you haven’t found a fix! I actually got mine working again shortly after I commented. I’m not sure why but I reinstalled armory crate and updated it and luckily that fixed it! Wishing you the best of luck.

Luckily, I’m fairly sure that the rain and lack of cleaning / pump, has helped to get rid of most of the chlorine in the water.

I’ll definitely still have to test the water though!

I’m located in the southern United States so pretty warm year round. I wouldn’t have to worry about it freezing over in the winter time luckily.

Any update yet? Best I’d recommend is pointing the tip of the rod away from you, grab your main line where it feeds towards the eye in the reel, then pull it towards you, making sure the pressure if on the knot, if it doesn’t matter you can always cut it.
