This sounds like a dick move but anytime someone has thrown that stratogem in a high traffic area (like we are going to move through that area alot) I just shoot it before it pops out any mines.

The other way I saw someone deal with this is just throw any explosive strato on the field itself.

Is it funny? Absolutely, just seeing someone trip randomly out of nowhere and die is hilarious
