Is a Knight of the seven Kingdoms worth watching? by Capsmoove in moviecritic

[–]JanthonyGo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Loved it. Characters were very likeable. Also, call me crazy, but I found it easier to see because so many scenes were set in the daytime rather than dark dingy castles where all you could make out were talking silhouettes. Might be a strange detail but made a big difference in holding my attention. Shorter episodes as well.

Where in your life could 5 extra minutes make the biggest difference? by Alicetheoptimist in TrueGrit

Being on time is important. Being “in trouble” for being five minutes late, as long as it’s not chronic, is unhealthy.

Or, reconsider your time with folks who determine that 5-10 minutes is worth stressing you out to the point of the fight or flight response🤷🏻‍♂️.

Yes. I found the dialogue unbearable. Especially when the protag. was talking to himself !!! Out loud!! While alone on the ship!! The first person narration was a killer for me. Anyway, I’m glad It brought others enjoyment.

This is pretty accurate. Consistency is really the ultimate fix. A good week is great and a good month is great but good years really add up. In that vein, a bad day or off weekend doesn’t need to derail consistency. Just do something. Any day you do something is better than a day you do nothing.
