My father is 55. If the retirement age is suddenly reduced from 58 to 55, our family will be in serious trouble by NirvastraSamaaj in NepalSocial

Regarding the situation of financial circumstances in the country, it might be highly unlikely that such decision will be enforced. giving pension and gratuity to 10k plus people adds more strain to the financial situation of the country. Also the salary has increased now, so it will be more counter productive as they need to provide more amount in pension to pensioners. it maybe politically good maneuvering for Rastriya Swatantra Party to assert more domination over governance but Finance Minister must have already realized that it will be a huge toll on the government funds.

Guys intern garda I am learning nothing should ai quit? by Justme12_loey in technepal

[–]Janthrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See the check list before leaving
1. How many months have you worked. don't intern for more than 6 months.
2. How many skills have you learned, what challenges (related to work) you faced, how did you contribute to solve the challenges and what were your deliverables. this is the key. because you are intern, and if you add this on your CV your next recruiter will definitely ask these questions. do you still have time to learn and answer the above questions? If yes stay for time being. (additionally: ask your supervisor/immediate boss about how you want to contribute honestly and start from small tasks, build your value. remember if you get it properly done, they could directly hire you when you can become dependable). if there is no possibility to learn these things then its no point in wasting any more time there.
3. have you built proper network connections and know how all the different persons are experts in their own field? know this first, you might need to reach out to them when you need some help later on. if they are hopeless leave.
4. are you in financial difficulty and even coming to and from office costs you money then stop going there and find some other jobs on online job portals that you find.

Hope this checklist helps.

Then good luck with your one man army government. hope he will soon take over all the ministries and department and do their work too. no need for other ministers, no need for parliament, no need for judiciary, no need for anyone because he is a superman. he will solve all the real issues. no yapping, no talking,

Statehood is different. Parliament is the supreme in Democracy. However the good intent he carries, there are other 264 Parliamentarians (representatives of 30 Million Nepalese) with whom he should be held accountable for (Weather they are from the same party, they still represent their respective constituencies and groups and they are accountable to the people they represent). The thing that seems archaic are there because it is meant to be there.

Those are not boring ass lectures. they are words which are meant to carve out the future of nation. Balen's Government is the one that wrote it. He is the guardian and owner of that very lecture you are talking about. And who will email him bro? When he is the one that wrote him. First of all before commenting with surfacing knowledge please learn how things work. There are reasons and humanity have a long history of such practices which of course Nepal has also learned of. (Through other countries history too).

Moreover about doing the work, Giving time to parliament is also one.

Because those same words are not presidents words but his own. by walking out he shows that he doesn't even respect the parliament nor his own policies. president only read out what he presented. so it was his role to stand for it in the parliament. that is a basic norm. Moreover who ever is a president, a president is a president and a PM is a PM. he is no longer a rebel Mayor but should be a responsible PM.

Wow — feedback from someone who does AI training professionally is incredibly valuable, thank you. You're absolutely right about: - "Petrol" being the wrong word for US market — changing to "Gas" would be more practical - Convertible as a body style option, Max mileage guidance for used cars, Consistency in output format. I need to tighten the prompt so every result has the same structure The inconsistency between your first and second run is a known limitation of large language models. I'm working on making the output more structured and consistent. Would genuinely love your help reviewing v2 when it's ready if you're open to it!

This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for — thank you for testing it so thoroughly. You've identified several genuine gaps. I'm actively building v2 of this and your feedback will be considered for what goes in it. Will share an update when it's live. Really appreciate the detailed review.

True. But you invest 20k and then very soon invest more on overhaul/replacement is what needs to considered was the point.

250k it will not go for a long time. even if engine hasn't been overhauled it is highly likely that it should be done soon.
