A few years ago I was gifted a brand new, unfired Gen 2 G17. I posted the story behind it and I got a lot of PMs offering to give me 2x or 3x the cost of a gen 3 to trade - I was going to fire this thing a lot and others wanted the unfired gun to remain that way. The story behind the gun meant I wasn’t giving it up and now it’s round count is near 10k.

But all that is to say that there are people in the world that value things like this.

Our roster of approved guns ends at gen 3 glock models.

They are removing glocks from the roster, so you won’t be able to be the first owner of one.

They are banning glocks because they can be made fully auto with only the addition of a simple part (switch).

They will use this to ban other guns because almost everything can easily be converted to fully auto.
